Had a really comfortable stay for a business trip, everything was brand-new. We stayed here before, always impeccably clean and good quality rooms with a tub. The hotel location was marvellous to the restaurant for lunch on a Sunday.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location on the main street. It was a great base for exploring the city, as it was near all the sites you might want to go to if you are in Surabaya. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was excellent, and the hotel had all the basic amenities you would need. The rooms, although limited in amenities, were adequate and comfortable, with a king size bed and a good shower. The breakfast included in the stay was also a highlight, with a great variety of food to choose from.
Everything was ok and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.
